Bayless Cobb is a hospitality, real estate, and design operator whose work centers on building repeatable experience systems across multiple formats — from luxury diamonds and nightlife to fast-casual dining and asset management.

He is the founder and principal of King Diamond Inc., the creative and operational umbrella through which his ventures in hospitality, real estate development, design, and finance are conceived, executed, and scaled. Across all projects, Cobb applies a consistent philosophy: experience is not a byproduct — it is engineered through systems, pacing, and disciplined execution.

Rather than treating ventures as isolated businesses, Cobb approaches them as expressions of a single operating framework — one that adapts to different environments while maintaining consistency in perception, performance, and longevity.

EXPERIENCE ACROSS FORMATS

Through RDG Design Group, Cobb leads real estate development and design for residential, hospitality, nightlife, and mixed-use projects shaped by boutique-hotel principles. Architecture, interiors, circulation, and guest experience are designed together as one system — ensuring that concepts translate cleanly from idea to opening.

Through Cor-Prop Management, he oversees asset and operations management, including property performance, maintenance, construction coordination, and long-term stewardship for residential, hospitality, and mixed-use properties across California and Florida. The focus is durability, efficiency, and real-world performance under constant use.

Through AD Nightclub, Cobb expressed those same principles through high-intensity hospitality — shaping a cathedral-inspired venue in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter where atmosphere, pacing, sound, lighting, and guest flow were treated as architectural tools rather than decoration. AD became a proving ground for experience architecture under pressure.

Through Extra Butter Miami, Cobb extends those hospitality systems into a fast-casual format — translating lessons from nightlife, luxury, and real estate into a scalable platform built for consistency, repeatability, and national expansion.

Across all ventures, the objective remains the same: align perception, execution, and systems so brands perform reliably over time — regardless of scale or category.
